Adjustment of nip pressure between the anilox and cleaning roll, and rapid cleaning using an oscillation mechanism.
The cleaning roll uses a special rubber brush roll (patent pending) and employs a low-volatility, environmentally friendly cleaning agent (Flexo Clean series). It features a heating device for rapid cleaning, and it supports quick cleaning through nip pressure adjustment between the anilox and cleaning rolls, as well as an oscillation mechanism. There is no surface damage to high-line count ceramic anilox cells.
